Patient Cancer Support Group

Whether newly diagnosed or on a “watch and wait”, undergoing treatment or waiting to start, in clinical remission or you care for a cancer patient, this group has been set up to support you.

The purpose of the group is to share personal experiences that might be helpful to others, support each other by being positive in overcoming cancer and live a normal life again.

Some newly diagnosed patients, and I was one of them, do not want to tell their families or do not know how to. Such news can be devastating for them and undoubtedly affect them in some way too. This group might just help.

Let’s embrace this support group and move forward together towards a brighter future.

The Patient Cancer Support Group meets every 3rd Tuesday in the month 13:30 – 14:30 at Shepperton Medical Practice in the Health Education Room.
