Suggestions, Comments and Complaints
We welcome suggestions about how we can improve our medical service to you. If you find you have some spare time, why not join our patient group.
Compliments are as important to the service as complaints and should be seen as a means of learning why things have gone well.
Sometimes things go wrong and we do like to hear about them so that we can put them right and learn from our mistakes.
If you are having a problem with the service or something has gone wrong, please contact the Kristy Taylor, Assistant Practice Manager in the first instance by giving us feedback.
We will look in to your concerns and discuss them with you.
Please view our complaints procedure.
